BILDAM Terms of Service

1. In each study, at least one expert personnel is in the laboratory, and the researcher cannot interfere with the devices or be alone in the laboratory. During the studies, if the researcher wants to be in the test environment, it is expected not to interfere with any device and to report the situation to the Laboratory Supervisor in case of any problem. Otherwise, the researcher is obliged to arrange the damage that will occur as a result of the intervention. 
2. Laboratory Management reserves the right to cancel reservations due to academic prioritization and technical reasons.
3. The laboratory usage fee must be deposited to the relevant account at least one week before the day of use. Otherwise, Laboratory Management reserves the right to cancel reservations.
4. In case of late payment, 10% late fee will be added to the next study fee.
5. In all studies to be carried out by the laboratory, 50% of the bid price is deposited into the relevant account by the firm before the start of the study, as the security deposit. In case of cancellation of the work by the company, this amount is not refunded.
6. The researcher should be aware of the fact that the research that he will carry out, which requires the use of humans as a data source, should be carried out within the framework of universal research ethics, without threatening the physical and mental health of the participants, and should obtain the approval of the ethics committee when necessary. Ethics Committee applications are made by the researcher.
7. Participants of the study will be selected according to the sampling required by the experimental design. The service fee of the sample cannot be less than 15 TL for each participant. The unit price may increase depending on the specific features needed within the scope of the study.

PROGRAMMING AND SERVICE FEE
     

Applications to BİLDAM  bildam@ogu.edu.tr  carried out via e-mail. Approved research applications are programmed by the laboratory and forwarded to the requester. The list of institutions that will be given priority in programming and pricing in studies is given below.

1. If the applied research is within the scope of ESOGÜ scientific research, a 30% discount is applied over the unit prices.
2. If the applied research is scientific research other than ESOGÜ, a 15% discount is applied over the unit prices.
3. BİLDAM Service Procurement Policy decisions are applied in commercial activities.
